I would use a light veggie oil. Some oils (Olive for example) have too strong of a flavor.I'm following a diabetic banana and apple cake and it says to use 1/4 c of oil? which oil,sunflower,olive?
usually when a recipie says oil its talking about sunflower or canola
and it will usually say olive oil when its talking about olive oil (like in greek food)
so i would go with the sunflower

it should be talking about olive because thats the normal one almost all recipes use
