I only use oil for frying, because of the higher smoke point would sunflower oil be healthier than olive oil?

Olive oil is not good to be used for frying. Why you don't try to steam instead of frying. Or use pans where you need just a drops oil.I only use oil for frying, because of the higher smoke point would sunflower oil be healthier than olive oil?
no, actually it's the other way round, because olive oil contains more monounsaturated fatty acids which are less reactive to heat damage than sunflower oil (which is higher in polyunsaturated fatty acids), although for frying the best oils to use are those rich in saturated fatty acids because saturated fats are much less reactive to heat damage than unsaturated fats.

the only saturated plant oils are coconut oil and palm oil; other saturated fats are basically animal fats.

note - don't believe the hype about saturated fats being bad for you, because the research really suggests that saturated fats have very little impact on cardiovascular health at all.

however, frying food is not necessarily a good way to prepare your food, so try roasting or steaming or grilling instead.I only use oil for frying, because of the higher smoke point would sunflower oil be healthier than olive oil?
No. Sunflower oil is not good for you unless it is cold pressed and then you would not use it for cooking.
no olive oil is healthier and you don`t become fat with it as it is more lighter
