Is butter ok instead of vegitable oil ( and sunflower oil)?

im making cakes and i dont have any vegitable oil or sunflower oild so would i be able to use butter??? how do i convert 120ml of sunflower or vegatble oil into grams for butter? Is butter ok instead of vegitable oil ( and sunflower oil)?
you would need to melt the butter and let it cool slightly, it has to be in liquid form. Then measure the same amount.

you will get a buttery taste and for some cakes, it would not be good but it should work.Is butter ok instead of vegitable oil ( and sunflower oil)?
Yes. Butter is better for flavor. About 1/2 a cup of butter = 120 ml of oil. 1 stick = 1/2 c
It should be fine. Check google for a converter.
yea thats fne
Yeah it would be okay. I used oil instead of butter and it turned out fine. Melt the butter and do the same. Then let it start to harden again.
YEAH BUTTER IS FINE
don't know..some recipes you can do that. We don't use metric here in the US.
