Can you replace vegetable oil for sunflower oil in chocolate cake?

I am trying to make a chocolate cake and i don't have vegetable oil but i do have sunflower oil. Can i just replace the vegetable oil with it? it calls for 1/2 cup of oilCan you replace vegetable oil for sunflower oil in chocolate cake?
Yes you can, I have used just about every kind of oil in a cake...including sunflower, olive and grapeseed oils. I don't use any of the oddly flavored ones that would be able to taste in a cake mix though.Can you replace vegetable oil for sunflower oil in chocolate cake?
