Sunflower oil is polyunsaturated. Olive oil, canola oil and rapeseed oil, (which is often sold as just vegetable oil) are monounsaturated. Of the mono oils, canola oil is a rich source of vitamin E.





There are various arguments for and against; but monounsaturated oils are thought to be good for children.Is canola oil better then sunflower or corn oil?

If youre allergic to olive oil go with Canola which is the second best oil for ya.
canola oil is supposed to be lower in cholesterol
They are all bad, olive oil is the only good oil.
