More fat, more sodium, more sugar, more carbs, more cals, yes! Remember when cereal tasted so good with all that sugar, mmm. Now it has less sugar, made out of wheat, has honey as a sugar substitute, etc. Lays chips, sunflower oil, less salt, baked not fried. ooo KFC Chicken, no trans fat. You know, I like to eat unhealthy and overindulge sometimes. You know?Who wants trans fat back in their food? Butter back in their Lays potato chips? No sunflower oil!?

I think I want the old cereal back. My mum won't let us eat cocoa rice krispies, but we can have Organic rice krispies which aren't as good, and anything we can have takes like styrofoam.
Not trans fats or calories or fat, but something that tastes real.. yeah overindulging feels good sometimes.. i do whenever my mum wont find out! :-P
no harm if it is just sometimes.. eat healthy at least 80% of the time!
Then cook yourself with all the fattening ingredients you wish. I am grateful for the attempt to make food more healthy.

Until there is proof,, that the changes in our standard ingredients,, produce marked health changes...
ALL IS NONSENSE... is just another gouge to our budgets and there IS no proof.
Fat people will continue to get fat... just by the fact they eat three times as much food as I do.
