Peanut oil
peanut refined oil
depending exactly what type of food you will be frying. the oil that heat higher is Peanut Oil and is used for whole Turkey and Chicken. But I prefer to use Canola Oil for breaded shrimp, chicken and french fries.
Peanut oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, and canola oil are all good for deep frying all all have a fairly high smoke point. I use canola oil most of the time.
