How do they get sunflower oil from sunflowers?

They grind them and like Olives, Flaxseeds, Grapeseeds, Canola and Sesame, they are run through presses at extreme pressure, but caution is taken as the pressure adds heat and some oils can be affected by heat, here in Canada we have Hemp oil which is pressed from the non-narcotic variety of cannibus, it is a very perishable oil and must be kept cold and in the dark, sunflower oil is a light oil, nice for frying, baking and salad as it is very low in saturated fats, in fact all the Potato Chips produce for Frito-Lay in Canada are cooked in Sunflower oil.How do they get sunflower oil from sunflowers?
