I think it would turn out good and try avocados too-good monounsaturated fat!What would happen if I substituted vegetable oil for sunflower oil in making brownies?
Various olis have different temperature tolerances, but you're not frying so it wont matter. Taste would be your biggest factor here. Oils have their distinctive tastes. What would happen if I substituted vegetable oil for sunflower oil in making brownies?
Nothing. You can substitute those oils interchangeably.

probably nothing...try applesauce!
Probably still work but not quite as good for you I think.
