could i subsitute the sugar for anything

or the flour????

thanksCan you really make cookies with sunflower oil %26amp; banana instead of eggs...?
eggs are not that bad for you. but this is a healthy substitution tip for you, instead of two eggs use one egg and onw egg white.

The general equation is, replace half the eggs with egg whites only. Can you really make cookies with sunflower oil %26amp; banana instead of eggs...?
Replace the oil or shortening with applesauce and use only egg whites.

Low fat, low cholesterol! You'll never miss the fats! Use 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 all purpose flour.

Do a check bake to adjust for time/temp to get the soft to crisp ratio right. Have some fun. You'll be a better baker for it.
