How do i get sunflower oil from sunflower seeds?

Traditionally the seeds are ground and boiled with water. The oil floats to the top and is skimmed off. This would be most suitable for home production. I believe that commercial production involves grinding and pressing the seeds as a cake.How do i get sunflower oil from sunflower seeds?
don't bother!!!! just buy it, it's cheap. To make a litre of sunflower oil, you'd need about a ton of seeds. Think of the mess as well.How do i get sunflower oil from sunflower seeds?

Well, I would think that you get a vat full of em and then wash your feet and crush em like they do grapes.
