How many sunflowers are needed to make a litre of sunflower oil?

Driving through rural France, I am awe-struck by the beauty of vast sunflower fields. But it got me thinking... how many of them would you need to make a litre of sunflower oil? I'd like to be able to calculate how many bottles of oil one of these fields could represent. How many sunflowers are needed to make a litre of sunflower oil?
Well, while the number of sunflower seeds is variable, it takes between four and five kilograms of sunflower seeds to make a liter of sunflower seed oil.

Well none . sunflowers aren't used to make sunflower oil , its the sunflowers seed tats used to make da oil . so technically the ques shld be tat how many seeds shld be squeezed to get a litre of oil .
thats like asking how many olives it takes to make a quart of oil or how many grapes it takes to make a glass of juice or wine.there is no formula to calculate.i would say that an average sunflower would make a teaspoon of oil but the flowers are so many sizes and the smaller one is the less seeds it produces.
