Sunflower oil is a mix of long chain fatty acids. It contains a majority of monounsaturated acids, then polyunsaturated acids and saturated acids which can then form triglyceride chains. Just working from memory the main acids are Linoleic Acid, oleic acid and palmitic acid.





Groundnut oil is mainly the same but in a different ratio.What is the chemical formula for sunflower oil?
